Zach M. Lucio

Associate, Dallas Office

Zach M. Lucio is an associate at the firm’s Dallas office, where he handles property subrogation litigation and construction defect litigation. Mr. Lucio also has experience handling insurance coverage litigation, trucking litigation, premises liability disputes, and appellate work.

Mr. Lucio attended The University of Texas at Dallas and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2019. He graduated from Oklahoma City University School of Law, where he was published by the Oklahoma City University Law Review and founded and presided over the Antitrust & Competition Law Society. Mr. Lucio also relished an opportunity during law school to clerk for the Honorable Justice Dustin P. Rowe at the Supreme Court of Oklahoma. Mr. Lucio considers himself to be life-long student and believes the practice of law is a privilege that should never be taken for granted.

Mr. Lucio is licensed to practice law in Texas. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Tina Lucio. Together they live in Prosper, Texas and have two dachshunds.
