Shannon E. Kelly
Shannon Kelly is an associate in the firm’s Minneapolis office, where she focuses her practice on subrogation with an emphasis on property damage claims. Ms. Kelly’s practice spans various legal areas, specifically in areas of tort, products liability, construction defects, and cases involving fire, explosions, and water losses.
Ms. Kelly handles various phases of litigation, from pre-suit investigations to discovery, motion practice, and settlement. Her diverse experience as a civil litigator allows her to hone in on important questions and analyze complex legal issues from different angles.
Ms. Kelly is admitted to practice in Minnesota and the District of Columbia. She graduated from Creighton University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Political Science. She obtained her Juris Doctor at the University of St. Thomas School of Law.
Outside of the office, Ms. Kelly is an avid reader, Mahjong enthusiast, and enjoys spending time with her family and mini dachshund, Penny.
