Mr. Berglund’s publications include “Applying the Attorney-Client Privilege to Investigations Involving Attorneys: What is Fair Game in Discovery? His presentations include Excluding the Expert Witness in a Fire Case, Effectively Handling Fire Litigation, at the Minnesota State Bar Association CLE (co-presenter); and “Payback: When is the Insurer Entitled to Repayment?” at the 2017 American Bar Association Property Insurance Law Committee Annual Spring Meeting (co-presenter).
Mr. Berglund earned his Bachelor of Arts in French in 1996 and Bachelor of Arts in Journalism in 2000 from the University of Minnesota. He earned his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from the William Mitchell College of Law in 2003. He was also a staff member of the William Mitchell Law Review from 2001 to 2002 and Editor of the William Mitchell Law Review from 2002 to 2003. Mr. Berglund clerked for the Honorable Edward Toussaint, former Chief Judge of Minnesota Court of Appeals (2003-2004) and served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Michael Davis, U.S. District Court (2003).
