Susan Benson is of counsel in the firm’s Los Angeles office. She has more than 25 years of experience in subrogation litigation.
Janice M. Seller is an associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office, Subrogation Litigation department. Ms. Seller’s practice focuses primarily on insurance subrogation, specifically within the area of property casualty including, products liability, and construction defect. She takes great pride in her relationships with her clients and has a proven track record of successful recoveries.
Ms. Seller began her career at a personal injury law firm and shortly thereafter moved into the fields of insurance defense and subrogation. Her extensive litigation experience includes numerous jury trials, arbitrations and high exposure mediations.
Ms. Seller earned her Bachelors of Arts degree in history from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1982 where she graduated Cum Laude. She earned her law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law, in Malibu, California in 1986. She is licensed to practice in the State of California and is admitted to the United States District Court, Central District of California. Ms. Seller is a member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals.
