Joseph F. Suareo III

Joseph Suareo is an associate in the firm’s Geneva office. Mr. Suareo’s practice focuses on insurance subrogation and general liability defense for insurers, specifically products liability, premises liability, construction defect litigation, and general negligence actions. He has experience representing clients in all stages of civil litigation matters, starting pre-suit all the way up to, and through, arbitration and trial.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Suareo practiced in the area of general liability defense, litigating cases involving construction law, premises liability, medical malpractice, and general negligence. He was able to successfully defend and protect his clients from significant liability and mitigate damages assessed to the clients he represented.

Mr. Suareo earned his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2018. While in law school, Mr. Suareo earned Dean’s List designations. He was also a feature article editor for the Loyola Consumer Law Review, as well as a member of the school’s Business Law Clinic.  Mr. Suareo is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois.
