Kevin Mosley and Joel Radakovich will be presenting “Subrogation Considerations in Fire Sprinkler System Failures” at the upcoming Houston Claims Association CE Lunch & Happy Hour on May 14, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at Karbach Brewing Co. in Houston, Texas.
The HCA’s 4-hour continuing education program features four one-hour CE courses focused on practical issues and strategies relevant to today’s claims professionals. Lunch is included during the program, followed by a networking happy hour with peers and industry professionals.
Kevin and Joel’s session will address subrogation issues that arise from fire sprinkler system failures, including freeze losses, drainage issues, corrosion, accidental discharge events, and the early investigation steps needed to protect recovery rights and preserve evidence.
