He will discuss what makes a notice letter stand out, why timing and delivery matter, and how thoughtful communication can prompt the right response from the right audience while still keeping the insured’s interests in view.
Laura’s presentation will explore creative ways to identify and unlock coverage in complex claims. She will address strategies for locating additional policies, navigating difficult contract provisions, and leveraging anti-indemnity statutes, willful misconduct provisions, and loan receipts to improve recovery opportunities through sharper investigation and stronger policy analysis.
