Grotefeld Hoffmann Argues Before Sixth Circuit
Grotefeld Hoffmann recently argued before the Sixth Circuit on behalf of insurers that the federal government is responsible for property damage from the 2016 Chimney Tops 2 wildfire because the National Park Service breached mandatory safety protocols during the initial stages of the wildfire.
